Our services may include:
• Local journeys within Lichfield and nearby areas
• Airport transfers
• Train station transfers
• School transport
• Corporate and business travel
• Wedding and event transport
• Hospital and appointment journeys
• Long-distance journeys
• Delivery of small items, where accepted by us
All journeys are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Where a booking is accepted and confirmed, we will arrange a suitable available licensed vehicle and appropriately licensed driver to carry out the journey in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
2. BOOKINGS
2.1 How to Book
Bookings may be made through our website, by telephone, email, WhatsApp or another booking method accepted by us.
2.2 Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting an online booking form, sending a message or requesting a journey does not automatically confirm a booking.
A booking will only be confirmed when you receive confirmation from us by telephone, text message, WhatsApp, email or another agreed method.
2.3 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, including:
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Pickup date and time
• Contact details
• Number of passengers
• Luggage requirements
• Any special requirements
We may not be responsible for delays, additional waiting time or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided at the time of booking.
3. FARES AND PAYMENT
3.1 Pricing
The fare for a journey will normally be quoted or agreed at the time of booking, where reasonably possible.
Fixed or quoted fares may be offered for journeys such as airport transfers, long-distance journeys, corporate travel and other pre-booked journeys.
A quoted fare may change where there is a material change to the journey requested, including:
• A different pickup or drop-off location
• Additional stops
• Additional waiting time
• A significant change to the route requested
• A different number of passengers or vehicle requirement
• Significant additional luggage or other requirements not disclosed at the time of booking
Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of any additional charge before it is applied.
3.2 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
• Waiting time beyond any reasonable or agreed allowance
• Additional stops not included in the original booking
• Significant changes to the journey requested by the customer
• Additional cleaning or damage caused by a passenger
• Tolls, congestion charges, airport charges or other charges directly connected with the journey, where applicable
• Other reasonable charges arising from circumstances caused by the customer
Where reasonably possible, any additional charges will be explained to you.
3.3 Payment Methods
Payment may be made by cash or by card, subject to availability and the payment method agreed or offered for the journey.
Card payments may be processed securely by our authorised payment providers, including Stripe and SumUp, where applicable.
We do not store your complete payment card details.
3.4 When Payment Is Due
Payment is normally due at the end of the journey unless we agree otherwise at the time of booking.
We may require a deposit, partial payment or full payment in advance for certain bookings, including certain airport transfers, long-distance journeys, corporate bookings, special events or other journeys where pre-payment is considered appropriate.
4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND NO-SHOWS
4.1 Cancelling a Booking
You may cancel a booking by contacting us by telephone, email, WhatsApp or another available contact method.
Customers are requested to cancel as early as possible if their journey is no longer required.
4.2 Cancellations Made At Least 3 Hours Before Pickup
If you cancel your booking at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time, any deposit or advance payment will normally be eligible for a full refund.
This applies to cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and also to cancellations made between 24 hours and 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
4.3 Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Hours Before Pickup
If you cancel your booking less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time, any deposit or advance payment already made for the journey will normally be non-refundable.
This is because a driver and vehicle may already have been reserved or allocated to the journey, and the driver may be unable to accept another booking for that period.
4.4 No-Shows
A passenger may be treated as a “no-show” if the driver arrives at the agreed pickup location and:
• The passenger is not present
• The passenger cannot be contacted using the contact details provided
• The passenger does not attend or is not ready within a reasonable waiting period
• The passenger decides not to travel after the driver has arrived
In these circumstances, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Any deposit or advance payment already made for the journey will normally be non-refundable because the driver and vehicle have been allocated and the driver’s time and travel to the pickup location have already been incurred.
4.5 Driver Dispatched or Has Arrived
Where a driver has already been dispatched or has arrived at the agreed pickup location, a cancellation charge may apply.
If a deposit or full payment has already been made, all or part of that payment may be retained to cover reasonable costs associated with allocating and dispatching the vehicle and driver, including the driver’s time and travel.
4.6 Cancellations by Us
We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil all confirmed bookings.
In rare circumstances, including vehicle breakdown, driver illness, severe weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, it may not be possible to provide the booked journey.
If we need to cancel a confirmed booking, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, refund any advance payment or assist in finding alternative transport.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
5. DURING THE JOURNEY
5.1 Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave reasonably and respectfully towards drivers and other passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse to start or continue a journey where a passenger’s behaviour is abusive, threatening, violent or creates a safety risk.
Where it is safe and reasonable to do so, a journey may be ended early if a passenger’s conduct seriously affects the safety of the driver, passengers or other road users.
5.2 Luggage and Belongings
Please tell us in advance if you have:
• Excess luggage
• Large or oversized items
• Pushchairs
• Wheelchairs
• Any other special space requirements
This allows us to allocate a suitable vehicle where available.
You remain responsible for your personal belongings.
If property is left in a vehicle, we will make reasonable efforts to locate it and return it to you in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
5.3 Children and Young Passengers
Parents or guardians booking transport for children are responsible for providing accurate information about the child and any agreed collection or drop-off arrangements.
For regular school transport or other journeys involving children, parents or guardians must ensure that any specific instructions are clearly communicated to us in advance.
Where a child is not collected or a safeguarding concern arises, we may take reasonable steps necessary to protect the child’s safety.
5.4 Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol and Illegal Substances
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles.
The use or consumption of illegal drugs or other unlawful substances is prohibited.
Passengers must not behave in a way that creates a danger or safety risk to the driver or other passengers.
6. DELAYS AND JOURNEY TIMES
We will make every reasonable effort to provide a punctual and reliable service.
However, pickup and journey times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
• Traffic
• Roadworks
• Accidents
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Diversions
• Events
• Other unforeseen circumstances
We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time.
For time-sensitive journeys, including flights, trains, appointments and events, customers should allow a reasonable amount of additional time and inform us of any important deadlines when making the booking.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 Our Responsibility
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
7.2 Limits of Liability
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for:
• Indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Missed flights, trains, appointments or connections unless directly caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill
• Loss or damage to property left in a vehicle, except where we are legally responsible
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. LOST PROPERTY
If you believe that you have left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of your journey and the missing item.
We will make reasonable efforts to locate the item. However, we cannot guarantee that lost property will be recovered.
If an item is found, we will hold it for up to 14 days to allow the customer to contact us and arrange collection.
Collection by prior arrangement is free of charge.
If you would like us to deliver the item to your home or another location, a delivery charge will apply. The charge will be based on the driver’s time and the journey required to return the item.
The applicable charge must be agreed and paid before delivery is arranged.
If the item remains unclaimed after 14 days, we may hand it to the police or another appropriate authority, where appropriate, or otherwise deal with the item in accordance with applicable law and local guidance.
We may deal with items containing personal or sensitive information, such as bank cards, passports, identity documents, mobile phones or other electronic devices, in accordance with the relevant legal and security requirements.
We are not responsible for lost property, except where we are legally liable.

We aim to consider complaints fairly and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, a complaint may also be referred to the relevant licensing authority.
10. PRIVACY
Any personal information that you provide when using our website or booking our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
